जालं॑ ते योजयामासुर्नि:शेषेण जनाधिप । मत्स्योदक॑ समासाद्य तदा भरतसत्तम,भरतवंशशिरोमणि नरेश! उस समय जहाँ मछलियाँ रहती थीं, उतने गहरे जलमें जाकर उन्होंने अपने जालको पूर्णरूपसे फैला दिया

Transliteration

jālaṃ te yojayāmāsur niḥśeṣeṇa janādhipa | matsyodakaṃ samāsādya tadā bharatasattama ||

Translation

భీష్ముడు పలికెను— “ఓ జనాధిపా! అప్పుడు వారు తమ వలను పూర్తిగా విస్తరించారు. చేపలు ఉండే లోతైన నీటిని చేరి—ఓ భరతశ్రేష్ఠా—దానిని సంపూర్ణంగా వేశారు.”
