नतासां रक्षणं शक््यं कर्तु पुंसां कथंचन
natāsāṃ rakṣaṇaṃ śakyaṃ kartuṃ puṃsāṃ kathaṃcana
భీష్ముడు పలికెను—శరణాగతులై పూర్తిగా ఇతరుల సంరక్షణపై ఆధారపడిన వారిని రక్షించడం మనుష్యులకు ఏ విధంగానూ నిశ్చయంగా సాధ్యం కాదు; అందుచేత వినయం, అప్రమత్తత, బాధ్యతాభావంతోనే ప్రవర్తించాలి।
