Brahmagītā: Praise of Brāhmaṇas and norms of honor
यदि वैरिषु भृत्येषु स्वजनव्यवहारयो: । विषयेष्विन्द्रियाणां च आकाशे मा पराक्रम
yadi vairiṣu bhṛtyeṣu svajana-vyavahārayoḥ | viṣayeṣv indriyāṇāṁ ca ākāśe mā parākrama ||
నీలో నిజమైన శక్తి ఉంటే, దానిని యథాస్థానంలో చూపు—శత్రువులపై, ఆశ్రితులు-సేవకుల వ్యవహారంలో, స్వజనుల ప్రవర్తనలో, వాది-ప్రతివాది వివాదాలలో, అలాగే ఇంద్రియవిషయాలపై నియంత్రణలో. ఆకాశవాసులపై నీ బలాన్ని ప్రయోగించకు।
