तीर्थवंशोपदेशः

Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters

चिकित्सका देवलका वृथा नियमधारिण: । सोमविक्रयिणश्वैव राजन्‌ नाहन्ति केतनम्‌,नरेश्वर! चिकित्सक या वैद्य, देवालयके पुजारी, पाखण्डी और सोमरस बेचनेवाले ब्राह्मण निमन्त्रण देने योग्य नहीं हैं

cikitsakā devalakā vṛthā niyamadhāriṇaḥ | somavikrayiṇaś caiva rājan nāhanti ketanam, nareśvara ||

భీష్ముడు పలికెను—ఓ నరేశ్వరా! వైద్యులు, దేవాలయాధీన పూజారులు, వ్యర్థవ్రతధారులు (కపట తపస్వులు), అలాగే సోమరసం విక్రయించువారు—ఇవరు ఆహ్వానయోగ్యులు కారు।
