लब्धवानीप्सितान् कामानहं वै पाण्डुनन्दन | तथा त्वमपि शर्वाद्धि सर्वान् कामानवाप्स्यसि,'पाण्डुनन्दन! इसके पाठसे मैंने अपनी मनोवांछित कामनाओंको प्राप्त कर लिया था। उसी प्रकार तुम भी शंकरजीसे सम्पूर्ण कामनाओंको प्राप्त कर लोगे”
labdhavān īpsitān kāmān ahaṃ vai pāṇḍunandana | tathā tvam api śarvād dhi sarvān kāmān avāpsyasi ||
పాండునందనా! ఈ పాఠం వల్ల నేను నా మనోరథాలను పొందితిని; అలాగే నీవు కూడా శర్వుడు (శివుడు) నుండి సమస్త కోరికలను పొందుదువు.
