पुण्य: सोमगिरिश्वैव तथैवान्ये महीधरा: । दिशश्न विदिशश्रैव क्षिति: सर्वे महीरुहा:

Transliteration

puṇyaḥ somagiriś caiva tathaivānye mahīdharāḥ | diśaś ca vidiśaś caiva kṣitiḥ sarve mahīruhāḥ ||

Translation

భీష్ముడు పలికెను— “పుణ్యమైన సోమగిరి, అలాగే ఇతర పర్వతములన్నీ; దిక్కులు, ఉపదిక్కులు; భూమి, ఆమెపై పెరిగే సమస్త వృక్షములు—ఇవన్నీ ఎల్లప్పుడూ మమ్మల్ని రక్షించుగాక.”
