नक्षत्राण्यृतवश्चैव मासा: पक्षा: सवत्सरा: | वैनतेया: समुद्राश्च॒ कद्रुजा: पन्नगास्तथा

Transliteration

nakṣatrāṇy ṛtavaś caiva māsāḥ pakṣāḥ savatsarāḥ | vainateyāḥ samudrāś ca kadrujāḥ pannagās tathā ||

Translation

భీష్ముడు పలికెను—“నక్షత్రాలు, ఋతువులు; మాసాలు, పక్షాలు, సంవత్సరచక్రం; వినతా-పుత్రుడు గరుడుడు, సముద్రాలు; కద్రూ-జనిత పన్నగాలు—ఇవన్నీ మమ్మల్ని ధారించి రక్షించుగాక.”
