तस्मिन्नहं च क्रुद्धे वै जगत्‌ त्यक्त्वा ततो गत: । व्यतिष्ठमग्निहोत्रे च चिरमज्धिरसो भयात्‌,वे ही अंगिरा मुनि एक बार मेरे ऊपर कुपित हो गये थे। उस समय उनके भयसे इस जगत्‌को त्यागकर मुझे दीर्घकालतक अग्निहोत्रकी अग्निमें निवास करना पड़ा था

tasminn ahaṃ ca kruddhe vai jagat tyaktvā tato gataḥ | vyatiṣṭham agnihotre ca ciram andhiraso bhayāt ||

ఆ ఋషి నాపై కోపించినప్పుడు నేను ఈ లోకాన్ని విడిచి అక్కడి నుంచి వెళ్లిపోయాను. అంధిరసుని భయంతో నేను దీర్ఘకాలం అగ్నిహోత్ర యజ్ఞాగ్నిలో నివసించవలసి వచ్చింది.
