ऋषिर्मेधातिथे: पुत्र: कण्वो बर्हिषदस्तथा । ब्रह्मतेजोमया: सर्वे कीर्तिता लोकभावना:

Transliteration

ṛṣir medhātitheḥ putraḥ kaṇvo barhiṣadas tathā | brahma-tejomayāḥ sarve kīrtitā loka-bhāvanāḥ ||

Translation

మేధాతిథి కుమారుడు కణ్వ ఋషి, అలాగే వర్హిషద కూడా (ఆ శ్రేష్ఠులలోనే). వీరందరూ బ్రహ్మతేజస్సుతో నిండినవారై, లోకహితకారులుగా మరియు లోకధారకులుగా కీర్తింపబడుతున్నారు.
