शान्तिकं पौष्टिक॑ रक्षा शत्रुघ्न भयनाशनम्‌ | जप्यं यद्‌ ब्रह्म॒समितं तद्‌ भवान्‌ वक्तुमहति

Transliteration

yudhiṣṭhira uvāca | śāntikaṁ pauṣṭikaṁ rakṣā śatrughnaṁ bhayanāśanam | japyaṁ yad brahmasammitaṁ tad bhavān vaktum arhati ||

Translation

యుధిష్ఠిరుడు పలికెను—శాంతి, పుష్టి, రక్ష, శత్రుఘ్నత్వం మరియు భయనాశనాన్ని కలిగించు, వేదసమానంగా గౌరవింపబడే జప్యమైన మంత్రం ఏది? దయచేసి మీరు దానిని చెప్పవలెను.
