कीर्तयन् प्रयत: सर्वान् सर्वपापै: प्रमुच्यते । इसी प्रकार नन्दीश्वर
kīrtayan prayataḥ sarvān sarvapāpaiḥ pramucyate |
భీష్ముడు పలికెను—“యత్నంతో, నియమంతో, శుద్ధభావంతో ఈ సమస్త నామములను కీర్తించువాడు సర్వపాపముల నుండి విముక్తుడగును. ఈ విధంగా నందీశ్వరుడు, మహాకాయుడు, గ్రామణి, వృషభధ్వజుడు; సమస్త లోకాల నాథుడైన గణేశుడు—వినాయకుడు—మరియు సౌమ్యగణములు, రుద్రగణములు, యోగగణములు, భూతగణములు; నక్షత్రములు, నదులు, ఆకాశము; పక్షిరాజు గరుడుడు; భూమిపై తపస్సుతో సిద్ధులైన మహాత్ములు; స్థావర-జంగమ జీవులు; హిమాలయం మరియు సమస్త పర్వతములు; నాలుగు సముద్రములు; శంకరునితో సమాన పరాక్రమముగల ఆయన అనుచరగణములు; అలాగే విష్ణుదేవుడు, జిష్ణు, స్కందుడు, అంబిక—ఇవన్నీ శుద్ధహృదయంతో నామకీర్తన చేయుటవలన సర్వపాపక్షయం కలుగును।”
