समुत्पत्स्यति गोविन्दो मनोर्वशे महात्मन: । अड्ढजी नाम मनो: पुत्रो अन्तर्थामा ततः पर:

Transliteration

samutpatsyati govindo manor vaṁśe mahātmanaḥ | aṅgo nāma manoḥ putro ’ntardhāmā tataḥ paraḥ ||

Translation

గోవిందుడు మహాత్ముడైన మనువు వంశంలో అవతరిస్తాడు. మనువుకు ‘అంగ’ అనే కుమారుడు ఉంటాడు; అతని తరువాత ‘అంతర్ధామా’ అనే వంశజుడు కలుగుతాడు.
