कल्मषापहर-कीर्तनम् / Kīrtana for the Removal of Impurity

दीनान्धकृपणान्‌ दृष्टवा भिक्षुकानतिथीनपि । याच्यमाना निवर्तन्ते जिह्वालोभसमन्विता:,वे दीनों, अन्धों, दरिद्रों, भिखमंगों और अतिथियोंको देखते ही हट जाते हैं। उनके याचना करनेपर भी जिह्वाकी लोलुपताके कारण उन्हें अन्न नहीं देते

dīnāndhakṛpaṇān dṛṣṭvā bhikṣukān atithīn api | yācyamānā nivartante jihvālobhasamanvitāḥ ||

వారు దీనులను, అంధులను, దరిద్రులను—భిక్షుకులను, అతిథులను కూడా—చూసిన వెంటనే వెనుదిరుగుతారు. వారు వేడుకున్నా, జిహ్వా-లోభంతో మునిగిపోయి, వారికి అన్నం ఇవ్వరు।
