ततो विष्णुर्गिरिं दृष्टवा निर्दग्धमरिकर्शन: । सौम्यैर्दष्टिनिपातैस्तं पुनः प्रकृतिमानयत्‌

Transliteration

tato viṣṇur giriṃ dṛṣṭvā nirdagdham arikarṣaṇaḥ | saumyair dṛṣṭinipātaiḥ taṃ punaḥ prakṛtim ānayat |

Translation

అనంతరం శత్రుసంహారకుడైన విష్ణువు ఆ పర్వతం దగ్ధమై ఉన్నదని చూచి, తన సౌమ్యమైన శుభదృష్టిని దానిపై ప్రసరింపజేసి, దానిని మళ్లీ సహజస్థితికి చేర్చెను—మునుపటిలానే పచ్చగా, సస్యశ్యామలంగా చేసెను.
