The colophon signals that the chapter’s instruction concerns ethical discernment about food—what is permissible (bhojya) and impermissible (abhojya)—presented within the broader framework of dāna-dharma, where purity, restraint, and right choice support righteous living and responsible giving.
This line is a formal closing statement (colophon) marking the end of a chapter in the Anuśāsana Parva. It identifies the larger book (parva), the internal section (dāna-dharma), and the chapter’s title/theme (bhojyābhojyānnakathana).
