उच्छिष्टो यः प्राद्रवति स्वाध्यायं चाधिगच्छति । यश्चानध्यायकाले5पि मोहादभ्यस्यति द्विज:

Transliteration

ucchiṣṭo yaḥ prādravati svādhyāyaṃ cādhigacchati | yaścānadhyāya-kāle 'pi mohād abhyasyati dvijaḥ ||

Translation

ఉచ్ఛిష్టస్థితిలో పరుగెత్తుతూ స్వాధ్యాయంలో నిమగ్నమయ్యేవాడు, అలాగే ద్విజుడు మోహవశాత్ అనధ్యాయకాలంలోనూ అధ్యయనం చేసేవాడు—
