Gautama–Śakra Saṃvāda: Karma, Loka-bheda, and the Restoration of the Elephant
सुधारिणां धर्मधुरे महात्मनां यथोदिते वर्त्मनि सुस्थितानाम् | धर्मात्मनामुद्वहतां गति तां परं गन्ता धृतराष्ट्रो न तत्र
sudhāriṇāṃ dharmadhure mahātmanāṃ yathodite vartmani susthitānām | dharmātmanām udvahatāṃ gatiṃ tāṃ paraṃ gantā dhṛtarāṣṭro na tatra ||
గౌతముడు అన్నాడు—ధర్మభారాన్ని సమర్థంగా మోయు మహాత్ములు, బోధించినట్లే ఉన్న మార్గంలో స్థిరంగా నిలిచి ధర్మకర్తవ్యాలను నిర్వహించువారు—వారు ఆ పరమగతిని పొందుతారు. ధృతరాష్ట్రుడు మాత్రం అదే స్థితికి వెళ్లడు; అతడు దానికన్నా ఉన్నతమైన లోకాన్ని పొందుతాడు.
