भूगुरुवाच पितामहनियोगेन भवन्तं सो5हमागत: । प्रतिकर्तु बलवति नहुषे दैवमोहिते,भगु बोले--मुने! ब्रह्माजीकी आज्ञासे मैं आपके पास आया हूँ। बलवान्‌ नहुष दैववश मोहित हो रहा है। आज उससे ऋषियोंपर किये गये अत्याचारका बदला लेना है

Transliteration

Bhṛgur uvāca: pitāmaha-niyogena bhavantaṃ so ’ham āgataḥ | pratikartuṃ balavati Nahuṣe daiva-mohite ||

Translation

భృగువు అన్నాడు—మునీ! పితామహుడు బ్రహ్మ ఆజ్ఞతోనే నేను మీ వద్దకు వచ్చాను. బలవంతుడైన నహుషుడు దైవమోహంతో మార్గభ్రష్టుడయ్యాడు; ఋషులపై చేసిన అణచివేతకు తగిన ప్రతీకారం తీర్చే సమయం ఇదే.
