ययातिः शर्मिष्ठायाः ऋतुप्रार्थनां धर्मसंवादं च शृणोति

कच उवाच पूज्यो मान्यश्न भगवान् यथा तव पिता मम । तथा त्वमनवद्याड़ि पूजनीयतरा मम,कचने कहा--निर्दोष अंगोंवाली देवयानी! जैसे तुम्हारे पिता भगवान् शुक्राचार्य मेरे लिये पूजनीय और माननीय हैं, वैसे ही तुम हो; बल्कि उनसे भी बढ़कर मेरी पूजनीया हो
kaca uvāca | pūjyo mānyaś ca bhagavān yathā tava pitā mama | tathā tvam anavadyāṅgi pūjanīyatarā mama ||
కచుడు అన్నాడు— నిర్దోష అవయవాల దేవయానీ! నీ తండ్రి భగవాన్ శుక్రాచార్యుడు నాకు ఎంత పూజ్యుడూ గౌరవనీయుడో, అలాగే నీవు కూడా; నిజానికి ఆయనకన్నా మరింతగా నీవే నాకు పూజనీయురాలివి.
