Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
चक्रतुर्नामधेयं च तस्य बालस्य तावुभौ । दम्पती वसुषेणेति दिक्षु सर्वासु विश्वुतम्,उन दोनों दम्पतिने उस बालकका नाम वसुषेण रखा। वह सम्पूर्ण दिशाओंमें भलीभाँति विख्यात था
cakratur nāmadheyaṃ ca tasya bālasya tāv ubhau | dampatī vasuṣeṇeti dikṣu sarvāsu viśrutam ||
ఆ దంపతులు ఆ బాలునికి ‘వసుషేణ’ అని నామకరణం చేశారు; అలా అతడు అన్ని దిక్కులలో ప్రసిద్ధుడయ్యెను।
