Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
तुष्टोडभिचारसंयुक्तमाचचक्षे यथाविधि । उवाच चैनां भगवान् प्रीतो5स्मि सुभगे तव,भगवान् दुर्वासाने संतुष्ट होकर पृथाको प्रयोग-विधिसहित एक मन्त्रका विधिपूर्वक उपदेश किया और कहा--'सुभगे! मैं तुमपर बहुत प्रसन्न हूँ
tuṣṭo 'bhicārasaṃyuktam ācacakṣe yathāvidhi | uvāca caināṃ bhagavān prīto 'smi subhage tava ||
వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను— సంతుష్టుడైన ఆ ముని విధివిధానాలతో ప్రయోగసహితమైన ఒక మంత్రాన్ని ఆమెకు ఉపదేశించి, ప్రీతితో ఇలా అన్నాడు— “సుభగే! నేను నీపై అత్యంత ప్రసన్నుడను.”
