अथोत्तड़्क: शुश्रूषुर्गुकुनियोगमनुतिष्ठमानो गुरुकुले वसति सम । स तत्र वसमान उपाध्यायस्त्रीभि: सहिताभिराहूयोक्त:
athottankaḥ śuśrūṣur guruniyogam anutiṣṭhamāno gurukule vasati sma | sa tatra vasamāna upādhyāyastribhiḥ sahitābhir āhūyoktaḥ |
అప్పుడు ఉత్తంకుడు గురువాజ్ఞను నిష్ఠగా అనుసరిస్తూ, సేవాభావంతో గురుకులంలోనే నివసించాడు. అక్కడ ఉండగా, ఉపాధ్యాయుని భార్య ఇతర స్త్రీలతో కలిసి అతన్ని పిలిచి ఇలా చెప్పింది।
