संछिद्यमानमिषुभिरस्यता सव्यसाचिना । सव्यसाची अर्जुनके बाण चलाते समय उनके बाणोंसे कट जानेके कारण कोई भी जीव वहाँसे बाहर न निकल सका

Transliteration

saṃchidyamānam iṣubhir asyatā savyasācinā |

Translation

వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను—సవ్యసాచియైన అర్జునుడు బాణాలు విడిచుచుండగా, బయటకు రావాలని యత్నించినదంతా అతని బాణాలతో చీల్చబడెను; అందువల్ల ఆ స్థలమునుండి ఏ ప్రాణియు బయటపడలేకపోయెను.
