नारद उवाच पाञ्चाली भवतामेका धर्मपत्नी यशस्विनी । यथा वो नात्र भेद: स्यात् तथा नीतिर्विधीयताम्,नारदजी बोले--पाण्डवो! यशस्विनी पांचाली तुम सब लोगोंकी एक ही धर्मपत्नी है; अतः तुमलोग ऐसी नीति बना लो, जिससे तुमलोगोंमें कभी परस्पर फूट न हो
nārada uvāca pāñcālī bhavatām ekā dharmapatnī yaśasvinī | yathā vo nātra bhedaḥ syāt tathā nītir vidhīyatām ||
నారదుడు పలికెను—పాండవులారా! యశస్సుగల పాంచాలి మీ అందరికీ ఏకైక ధర్మపత్నీ. కాబట్టి ఈ విషయంలో మీ మధ్య ఎప్పటికీ భేదమో కలహమో కలగనట్లు ఒక నియమాన్ని స్థాపించండి।
