Gaṅgādvāra-tīrtha, Ulūpī-saṃvāda, and Arjuna’s Dharma-Deliberation (गङ्गाद्वार-तीर्थम्, उलूपी-संवादः)

वैशम्पायन उवाच ततो<ब्रवीद्‌ वासुदेवो गमनं रोचते मम । यथा वा मन्यते राजा द्रुपद: सर्वधर्मवित्‌,वैशम्पायनजी कहते हैं--जनमेजय! तब वसुदेवनन्दन भगवान्‌ श्रीकृष्णने कहा --'मुझे तो इनका जाना ही ठीक जान पड़ता है अथवा सब धर्मोंके ज्ञाता महाराज द्रुपद जैसा उचित समझें, वैसा किया जाय”

Vaiśampāyana uvāca: tato 'bravīd Vāsudevo gamanaṃ rocate mama | yathā vā manyate rājā Drupadaḥ sarvadharmavit ||

వైశంపాయనుడు పలికెను—అప్పుడు వాసుదేవుడు శ్రీకృష్ణుడు ఇలా అన్నాడు—“నాకు వారి గమనమే సముచితంగా తోచుచున్నది. అయితే సమస్త ధర్మములను తెలిసిన రాజు ద్రుపదుడు ఏది యుక్తమని భావిస్తాడో, అలాగే చేయబడుగాక.”
