बलवन्तश्न दाशार्हा बहवश्न विशाम्पते । यत: कृष्णस्ततः सर्वे यतः कृष्णस्ततो जय:,पृथ्वीपते! यदुवंशियोंकी संख्या बहुत है और वे बलवान् भी हैं। जिस ओर श्रीकृष्ण रहेंगे, उधर ही वे सभी रहेंगे। इसलिये जिस पक्षमें श्रीकृष्ण होंगे, उस पक्षकी विजय अवश्य होगी
balavantaś ca dāśārhā bahavaś ca viśāmpate | yataḥ kṛṣṇas tataḥ sarve yataḥ kṛṣṇas tato jayaḥ pṛthvīpate ||
విదురుడు పలికెను—ఓ ప్రజాపతీ, దాశార్హులు (యాదవులు) అనేకులు, బలవంతులూ. ఎక్కడ శ్రీకృష్ణుడు ఉంటాడో అక్కడ వారందరూ ఉంటారు; ఎక్కడ శ్రీకృష్ణుడు ఉంటాడో అక్కడే జయం।
