और्वकृत-क्रोधाग्नि-निग्रहः
Aurva’s Containment of the Wrath-Fire
दहामान: स तीव्रेण नृपतिर्मन्मथाग्निना । अप्रगल्भां प्रगल्भस्तां तदोवाच मनोहराम्,तदनन्तर तीव्र कामाग्निसे जलते हुए राजा संवरणने लज्जारहित होकर उस लज्जाशीला एवं मनोहारिणी कन्यासे इस प्रकार पूछा--
dahāmānaḥ sa tīvreṇa nṛpatir manmathāgninā | apragalbhāṃ pragalbhastāṃ tadovāca manoharām ||
తీవ్ర మదనాగ్నితో దహించబడుతున్న రాజు సంవరణుడు, తానే ధైర్యం తెచ్చుకొని, ఆ లజ్జాశీలి అయినా మనోహరమైన కన్యను అప్పుడు ఇలా సంభోదించాడు.
