स कथं शक्‍्यते<स्माभिरपाकर्तु बलादित: | पितृपैतामहाद्‌ राज्यात्‌ ससहायो विशेषतः,फिर उन्हें उनके बाप-दादोंके राज्यसे बलपूर्वक कैसे हटाया जा सकता है? विशेषत: ऐसे समयमें, जब कि उनके सहायक अधिक हैं

sa kathaṁ śakyate 'smābhir apākartuṁ balād itaḥ | pitṛpaitāmahād rājyāt sa-sahāyo viśeṣataḥ ||

వైశంపాయనుడు అన్నాడు—తండ్రి, తాతల నుండి వచ్చిన ఈ రాజ్యములోనుండి అతనిని మనం బలవంతంగా ఎలా తొలగించగలం? ముఖ్యంగా అతనికి అనేక మిత్రసహాయాలు ఉన్నప్పుడు.
