Adhyāya 125: Raṅga-pradarśana — Arjuna’s Entry and Astric Demonstration (रङ्गप्रदर्शनम्)
प्रहृष्मनसं तत्र विचरन्तं यथामरम् । त॑ माद्रयनुजगामैका वसनं बिभ्रती शुभम्,वे मनमें हर्षोल्लास भरकर देवताकी भाँति वहाँ विचर रहे थे। उस समय माद्री सुन्दर वस्त्र पहने अकेली उनके पीछे-पीछे जा रही थी
prahṛṣṭamanasaṃ tatra vicarantaṃ yathāmaram | taṃ mādrī anujagāmaikā vasanaṃ bibhratī śubham ||
అక్కడ అతడు హర్షంతో ఉల్లసించిన మనస్సుతో దేవుడివలె విహరించుచుండెను. ఆ వేళ శుభ్రమైన వస్త్రాలు ధరించిన మాద్రీ ఒంటరిగా అతని వెనుక వెనుక నడిచెను.
