अध्याय ९६: शरभ-प्रादुर्भावः, नृसिंह-दर्पशमनम्, विष्णोः शिवस्तुतिः, फलश्रुति

अत्यन्तघोरं भगवन् नरसिंह वपुस्तव उपसंहर विश्वात्मंस् त्वमेव मम संनिधौ

atyantaghoraṃ bhagavan narasiṃha vapustava upasaṃhara viśvātmaṃs tvameva mama saṃnidhau

హే భగవన్ నరసింహా, నీ ఈ అత్యంత ఘోరమైన రూపమును ఉపసంహరించుము. హే విశ్వాత్మా, నీవే నా సన్నిధిలో నిలిచియున్నావు (అంతర్యామి రక్షకుడవు)।
