Shloka 69

उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

उत्पत्त्यादित्रिभेदेन न्यसेदाश्रमतः क्रमात् उभाभ्यामेव पाणिभ्याम् आपादतलमस्तकम्

ఉత్పత్తి మొదలైన మూడు భేదాల ప్రకారం, తన ఆశ్రమ క్రమానుసారంగా న్యాసం చేయాలి. రెండు చేతులతోనే పాదతలాల నుండి మస్తక శిఖ వరకు స్పర్శించి మంత్రశక్తిని న్యసించాలి.
