Shloka 188

उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

महानद्यां द्विलक्षं तु दीर्घमायुरवाप्नुयात् दूर्वाङ्कुरास्तिला वाणी गुडूची घुटिका तथा

mahānadyāṃ dvilakṣaṃ tu dīrghamāyuravāpnuyāt dūrvāṅkurāstilā vāṇī guḍūcī ghuṭikā tathā

మహానదీ తీరమున (అనుష్ఠానముచే) దీర్ఘాయువు—రెండు లక్షల (సంవత్సరాల) వరకు—లభించును. అలాగే దూర్వాంకురాలు, నువ్వులు, వాణీ (సరస్వతీ తత్త్వము), గుడూచి, ఘుటికా—ఇవి శివభక్తితో సమర్పించబడినప్పుడు మంగళప్రదములు అవుతాయి.
