उमामहेश्वरव्रतं—पञ्चाक्षरमन्त्रस्य माहात्म्यं, न्यासः, जपविधिः, सदाचारः, विनियोगः

एवं लब्ध्वा शिवं ज्ञानं ज्ञात्वा जपविधिक्रमम्

Transliteration

evaṃ labdhvā śivaṃ jñānaṃ jñātvā japavidhikramam

Translation

ఇలా శివసంబంధమైన మంగళ జ్ఞానాన్ని పొందిన తరువాత, జప విధి-క్రమాన్ని సరిగా తెలుసుకొని సాధకుడు మంత్రసాధన యొక్క నియమబద్ధ మార్గంలో ప్రవేశిస్తాడు; అప్పుడు పశువు పతి శివుని అనుగ్రహం వైపు నడుస్తాడు.
