Adhyaya 8: Yogasthanas, Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama-Siddhi, and Shiva-Dhyana leading to Samadhi

योगादभ्यसते यस्तु व्यसनं नैव जायते एवमभ्यस्यमानस्तु मुनेः प्राणो विनिर्दहेत्

yogādabhyasate yastu vyasanaṃ naiva jāyate evamabhyasyamānastu muneḥ prāṇo vinirdahet

యోగాభ్యాసము చేయువానికి వ్యసనజన్య పతనమో విపత్తో కలుగదు. ఈ విధంగా అభ్యసించబడినప్పుడు ముని యొక్క ప్రాణము శుద్ధ నియమబలముతో బంధనకర మలినములను దహించును।
