Adhyaya 72 — Puradāha: Rudra’s Cosmic Chariot, Pāśupata-Vrata, and Brahmā’s Shiva-Stuti

विघ्नं करिष्ये देवेश कथं कर्तुं समुद्यताः ततः सेन्द्राः सुराः सर्वे भीताः सम्पूज्य तं प्रभुम्

vighnaṃ kariṣye deveśa kathaṃ kartuṃ samudyatāḥ tataḥ sendrāḥ surāḥ sarve bhītāḥ sampūjya taṃ prabhum

“హే దేవేశా! నేను విఘ్నం కలిగిస్తాను—మీరు దీన్ని ఎలా చేయడానికి సిద్ధమయ్యారు?” అప్పుడు ఇంద్రునితో కూడిన సమస్త దేవతలు భయపడి ఆ ప్రభువును పూజించారు।
