भार्गवात्पादहीनस्तु विज्ञेयो वै बृहस्पतिः पादहीनौ वक्रसौरी तथायामप्रमाणतः

Transliteration

bhārgavātpādahīnastu vijñeyo vai bṛhaspatiḥ pādahīnau vakrasaurī tathāyāmapramāṇataḥ

Translation

భార్గవుడు (శుక్రుడు)తో పోలిస్తే బృహస్పతి ఒక పాదం తక్కువగా గ్రహించాలి; అలాగే యామ-ప్రమాణమునుబట్టి వక్ర సౌరీ (శని) రెండు పాదాలు తక్కువగా చెప్పబడింది।
