घृतपूर्णञ्च कलशं परिकल्पयेत् / विज्ञेयो गरुड प्रीत्यै स निद्राकलशो बुधैः

ghṛtapūrṇañca kalaśaṃ parikalpayet / vijñeyo garuḍa prītyai sa nidrākalaśo budhaiḥ

నెయ్యితో నిండిన కలశాన్ని సిద్ధం చేయాలి; గరుడుని ప్రీతికోసం దీనిని బుధులు ‘నిద్రా-కలశం’ అని తెలుసుకుంటారు।
