अतो हरः क्रोधरूपी सदैव तयोरभावात्सत्यमुक्तं तथैतत् / अतो द्वयं नास्ति रुद्रे खगेन्द्र शिश्रोदरे किञ्चिदाधिक्यमस्ति

అందువల్ల హరుడు (రుద్రుడు) ఎల్లప్పుడూ క్రోధస్వరూపుడే; ఆ రెండు గుణములు ఆయనలో లేనందున చెప్పినది నిజమే. కాబట్టి ఓ ఖగేంద్రా! రుద్రునిలో ద్వైతం లేదు; కేవలం శిశ్నం మరియు ఉదరం విషయంలో స్వల్ప అధిక్యత (ప్రాధాన్యం) ఉందని చెప్పబడింది।
