ākāśe gandhamālī syātkṣetrapālāṃstato yajet / vistārābhihataṃ dairghyaṃ rāśiṃ vāstostu kārayet

పై ఆకాశస్థలంలో సువాసన గల మాలికను అర్పించాలి; తరువాత క్షేత్రపాలకులను పూజించాలి. వాస్తు కర్మలో వెడల్పు-పొడవు గుణించి వచ్చిన పరిమాణ రాశిని (గుట్ట/మాపు) సిద్ధం చేయాలి.
