मनोवाक्रायजं दोषं प्राणायामैर्दहेद्द्विजः / तस्मात्सर्वेषु कालेषु प्राणायामपरो भवेत्

ద్విజుడు మనస్సు, వాక్కు, కాయము నుండి పుట్టిన దోషములను ప్రాణాయామములచే దహించవలెను. అందుచేత అన్ని కాలములలో ప్రాణాయామపరుడై ఉండవలెను.
