आत्मलाभः परो नान्य अत्मदेहादिवर्जितः / हीनरूपादिदेहान्तः करणत्वादिलोचनः

ātmalābhaḥ paro nānya atmadehādivarjitaḥ / hīnarūpādidehāntaḥ karaṇatvādilocanaḥ

ఆత్మలాభమే పరమసిద్ధి; దీనికంటే మించిన లాభం లేదు. ఆత్మ దేహాది నుండి విరక్తం; దేహపు హీనరూప-ధర్మాల వల్ల అది క్షీణించదు, ఎందుకంటే అది అంతఃసాక్షి—ఇంద్రియాలను కార్యనిర్వహణకు ప్రేరేపించి దర్శనశక్తిని ప్రసాదించేది.
