Transliteration

'dhyāyaḥ sūta uvāca / vāsudevaṃ guruṃ natvā gaṇaṃ śambhuṃ sarasvatīm / mātrāvarṇaprabhedena cchando vakṣye 'lpabuddhaye

Translation

సూతుడు అన్నాడు: వాసుదేవ గురువుకు, గణేశునికి, శంభువుకు, సరస్వతీదేవికి నమస్కరించి, అల్పబుద్ధుల హితార్థం మాత్రా-వర్ణ భేదాల ద్వారా ఛందస్సును వివరిస్తాను.
