उष्णो पीता वागुजी च कुष्ठजित्क्षीरभोजनः / तिलाज्यत्रिफलाक्षौद्रव्योषभल्लातशर्कराः / वृष्याः सप्त समा मेध्याः कष्ठहाः कामचारिणः

వేడిగా త్రాగి, వాగుజీతో కలిసి సేవిస్తే—ఇది కుష్ఠజిత్; ఆహారంగా పాలు ఉండాలి। నువ్వులు, నెయ్యి, త్రిఫల, తేనె, వ్యోష (త్రికటు), భల్లాత, చక్కెర—ఈ ఏడు సమ, వృష్య, మేధ్య, కష్టహర, బలవర్ధకాలు।
