स्थैर्यव्यायामसन्तोषैर्बोद्धव्यं यत्नतो बलम् / अविकारी महोत्साहो महासाहसिको नरः

స్థైర్యం, నియమిత వ్యాయామం, సంతోషం వీటితో యత్నపూర్వకంగా బలాన్ని తెలుసుకొని పెంపొందించాలి. అచలంగా ఉండే వాడే మహోత్సాహి, మహాసాహసికుడు.
