sphoṭaiḥ śothajvararujādāhāḍhyaṃ śyāvaśoṇitam / pathagdoṣaistrayaḥ sādhyā dvandvajāścānupadravāḥ

ఇందులో బొబ్బలు, వాపు, జ్వరం, నొప్పి, తీవ్రమైన దాహం ఉంటాయి; రక్తం శ్యామవర్ణంగా మారుతుంది. ఒక్కో దోషం వల్ల పుట్టిన మూడు రకాలు సాధ్యాలు; ద్వంద్వజ (రెండు దోషాల)వీ ఉపద్రవాలు లేకపోతే సాధ్యాలు.
