तदेव नीयमानन्तु सर्वाङ्गे कामजम्भवेत् / पृथून्नताग्रग्रथितैर्विशेषैश्च त्रिधा विदुः

అదే శోథం శరీరమంతటా వ్యాపిస్తే ‘కామజ’ అవుతుంది. విస్తృతం, ఉన్నతం, గ్రంథితం (గడ్డలుగా) అనే విశేష లక్షణాల ప్రకారం దానిని మూడు విధాలుగా తెలుసుకుంటారు.
