ऊर्ध्वाधोमार्गमावृत्य वायुः शूलं करोति वै / स्पर्शोपलभ्यं गुल्मोत्थमुष्णं ग्रन्थिस्वरूपिणम्

ఊర్ధ్వ-అధో మార్గాలు ఆవరించబడితే వాయువు తప్పక శూలవేదనను కలిగిస్తుంది. అది స్పర్శకు తెలిసేలా, గుల్మమువలె ఉద్భవించి, ఉష్ణ స్వభావంతో గ్రంథి రూపంగా (గడ్డ/వాపు) ఉంటుంది.
