Hari (Lord Vishnu)
Concept: Hari-dhyana uproots samsara; the object of meditation is consciousness itself—ananta, sarvavyapi, aja, avyaya.
Vedantic Theme: Paramatman as pure awareness (drshi-rupa), non-originated and imperishable; meditation as direct means toward liberation (samsara-taru-nashana).
Application: Daily dhyana: (1) settle attention on witnessing awareness, (2) expand to all-pervading presence, (3) rest in unborn/unchanging nature; use ‘tree of samsara’ as a visualization for cutting attachments.
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta

This verse states that meditation on Hari uproots saṃsāra at its root—like cutting down the “tree” of worldly bondage—making it a direct means toward liberation.
By defining Hari as infinite, all-pervading, unborn, and imperishable, the verse points the seeker to realize the changeless reality beyond birth and death—guiding the soul away from identification with the perishable body and toward moksha.
Adopt daily focused meditation on Vishnu—remembering Him as all-pervading and imperishable—to reduce attachment, fear, and reactive karma, and to cultivate steady ethical living rooted in spiritual awareness.
