कृते ऽप्यकृतसङ्गश्च सर्वात्मा सर्वलक्षणः / भयेन क्षुभिते चित्ते शायिते द्रावयेत्स (च्छ) कृत्

క్రియ చేస్తూనే ఆసక్తి లేకుండాలి; సమస్తంలో ఆత్మను దర్శించి, అన్ని శుభలక్షణాలతో యుక్తుడై ఉండాలి. భయంతో చిత్తం కలతపడితే శయనం/విశ్రాంతి ద్వారా దానిని శాంతింపజేసి, శుద్ధాచారుడిలా మృదువుగా చేయాలి.
