ధాతువుల అధీనమైన ఈ శరీరం మనస్సుపై ఆధారపడింది. మనస్సు నశిస్తే ధాతువులు కూడా నాశమవుతాయి. కనుక మనస్సును ఎల్లప్పుడూ కాపాడాలి; మనస్సు ఆరోగ్యంగా ఉంటే ధాతువులు వృద్ధి చెందుతాయి.
